Through all that, we bring the energies flowing in your body into balance and fortify them, while also recognizing the nature of consciousness, finding your own rhythm in this world of duality. You can live your days, your moments and your life elevating all that into unity. You can also experience the flow of finer energies in craniyoga, while going through wonderful experiences in the interactive relationship between body and soul. 

Your development can progress especially easily at your own pace if you take individual classes.
